Trip to Val d'Or ("Gold Valley"), Quebec

where the streets are paved with gold... Well, of course not really, but they DO have lots of boulders with gold in them for the tourists to look at!

Quebec is full of mines, lakes and trees! I can highly recommend Quebec for a different and nice place to see, +++.

When I finish my next article (on their Malartic Gold Mine), I will put that up too.


One things I had read is true: the farther north you go, the worse the biting bugs are (in summer)! Aggressive!
