I'm new to collecting and pretty much am sticking to bullion bars, 1 oz ingots, etc... (maybe a 5 gramer here and there). What I'm wanting to know is: is there a place which sells storage containers, etc... for storing these ingots in?
Maybe something akin to the ones you get sometimes when you buy the occasional ingot from someone. Where do they buy there storage and display items?
Thanks

Most places that sell silver/gold will also containers.

For example: apmex.com

Silver Eagle containers:

Silver Maple Leaf containers:
http://www.apmex.com/Product/42527/Empty_25_Coin_1_oz_Silver_Maple_Leaf_RCM_Coin_Tube_Yellow.aspx

Pamp gold bar containers:
http://www.apmex.com/Product/67166/Empty_Used_Pamp_Bullion_Box_Gold_Bar_Hard_Plastic_Box.aspx

Let us know more specifically what you need and someone will probably know.

Local coin shop is usually a good source for this sort of thing.

I bought a bunch of Apmex bars and half-ounce rounds a while back, and they were sent to me in vinyl sheets with each round/bar in it's own little vacuum sealed pouch. Pretty cool all in all, as it keeps them from tarnishing. I think the premiums were reasonable as well. Another time, I bought some bars, twenty I think, and they came in a little box, with the bars slipped in to little slots. Again, very convenient packaqging.
