Filipino officials have stated that the United States has been attempting to procure an old airport to use as a drone base. The Daniel Romualdez Airport which has been completely destroyed in the aftermath Haiyan has been placed under control by military and police since last Monday.

Will the airport remain in U.S.control under the guise of humanitarian oversight?

Funny, while talking about HAARP (I know one of the designers and what it actually does) it's showing a phased array radar - a totally different system that just happens to be a few thousand miles away, FWIW. You mean they couldn't even get that right? Must be a joke?

The biggest nuke ever made (Tsara bomba) puts out as much energy as....a very tiny weather system. It would not even blow out a small hurricane - a gnat's fart by comparison to all that solar energy collected over long periods that just happens to concentrate in a storm, following all the known laws of physics along the way - no magic is required (or known) otherwise.

So, the HAARP crazies are saying that a little butterfly flapping just so can control peta or zeta joules of energy with only a few thousand (average, they have a whole few megawatts peak, eg, 1/1000th of a normal power plant)? Do you honestly think if someone knew how they'd use it for only what the nutjobs claim? Don't you think if they had the weather, that there'd be no droughts where we care? Don't you think every battle we get ourselves into would be won by weather?

Occam's razor, my friend. You could almost wish they really could. They might actually do something more constructive than building a police state, since there would be no justification or need if you had weather control.
