Usually when you invite people to a party, most show up "fashionably late". I wanted to once again express appreciation for all you cool cats who showed up early and have helped set the tone for this party. I'm having a great time and learning a lot from you all.

We seem to have a nifty core group now and the forum is just starting to steadily attract new members. The forum is only about one month old as of this post, so bear in mind that it's still a baby in the forum life cycle.

We seem to be averaging about 2-3 new members a day right now (looking over the last week).

However, I have been very busy since day one working on different angles to promote the site. I just got word this morning that one of those efforts has born fruit (don't want to go into details here). Suffice it say that I expect traffic to the forum is going to take a huge leg up in the next few weeks (these things usually have a lag before affecting search engine results).

Your link had "http://http://" at the beginning. I fixed it. :)

The untapped audience is in millions... unfortunately maybe only once the Euro and then the dollar crash.... but that could be right around the corner. :)

Best wishes in expanding your audience.

Congrats PMBug on the nice growth, and we are glad to be a part of this party.

One stupid question: When you click on the "Precious Metals Forum", at the bottom of the page it shows that there are 104 members. But when you click on the Quick Links --> Members List, it only shows 27 members. Is there a lag between the stats in these two locations?

I restricted the members list to only show members who have five or more posts (I think the threshold was five - might be less, but definitely greater than zero). Most forums end up with a huge list of members that registered but never post. I figured this makes it easier to find the members who are actually contributing to the party.
