This guy makes some good pts and shows some good charts in this video. The chart that shows the monetary base never going down was good. I want to find that. I have never seen a long term chart of that before.

 
The chart (data) found at the Fed's site shows a slightly different picture than what I see in the video:

Looks like the chart in the video has a graduated scale on the Y axis. The chart above has a linear scale on the Y axis.

Holy crap Bug!

We had all better worry about all that cash hitting the street, because the inflation that comes with it will be legendary. Think Zimbabwe on a global scale, and no one accepting dollars for anything. Think collapse. Think revolution.
