Anyone remember in the book "The Good Earth" when hard times hit, they started taking everything from the well off guy, up until his wife said, that was enough, they were now as poor as any of them now. Well that might be how it works in the Asian culture, do you think that would happen here? I don't think so, they would take everything they can find, and if you're lucky leave you alive and not know about your sunken fleet.

I recently saw an article about major power plants being refused insurance due to their utter lack of security. Seems they rather painted a target on their back. Along with that odd "practice run" on a substation, could this be getting ready for a false-flag op?

Well heck, barry can just issue some more warnings to people that want to tamper with grid that if his red line is crossed, there will be a cost to pay. Everyone knows you don't want to cross his red line, cause you'll get a nasty eye brow furrowing from barry.
