The IL idiots in power cannot read the handwriting on the wall. Businesses and people are fleeing IL for WI and other states. Pretty soon the ONLY people that will be left will be gangs and people on the government dole. When that happens, WHERE is the money going to come from to run the various government functions there?
IL is fast becoming a STATEWIDE Detroit. And guess where they will go then? PUBLIC PIG TROUGH in DC funded by RESPONSIBLE people and stolen by IRRESPONSIBLE people.

Did you see how much time they wasted on this invasive piece of crap? Holy cow Batman! It seems like Illinois is all about spending inordinate amounts of time trying to legislate their way in to peoples business, rather than tackle the real problems in the state......such as being dead ass broke.
