When the FBI wants your toys...

"I got a call from a tech who said, 'Jamie, the server isn't responding.' So he went to look for it in the rack and found that it was gone,"

Then later...

"The video shows two men in suits -- apparently FBI agents -- placing the server back in its rack. But the box isn't merely dropped off. The two appear to be plugging it in, and then watching the machine for a few minutes, perhaps looking to see if it is operating correctly."

Do FBI agents have the right to enter your home without a search warrant and without disclosing their identies and then even seize your property?

They did have a warrant, but the creepy thing was the returning and reinstalling the hardware secretly prompting one to suspect something nefarious installed on the hardware.

99.9% of internet servers are not running in private homes. They are running in co-located server farms. Most web hosting companies don't even have hands on access to the servers from day to day. They contract space from one of the big boys like Rackspace.
