I wish that I had found this site before. Bush league rookie here. Started buying some silver bars a couple of years ago from Bullion Direct. Some of the quality was not satisfactory. Damaged and tarnished bars. Then I put 25k into Vanguard P/M and bought 400 shares of Gold Corp. Big mistake...

Anyone have experience with Merit Financial? I see their banner ads, and premiums look attractive ($2.49 over spot for ASEs). Don't like how secretive they are about pricing though. Now that Goldmart is charging shipping for orders < $7,500 instead of $5,000, may need to look for other retailers.
