I know silver is pricey right now but I have a hankering for some 1 oz ASE's, 10 of them I believe should scratch that itch. $45 apiece or there abouts. Its been awhile since I bought ASE's.

Whatyouthink about that ?

Yeah I do buy a fair amount of junk silver but over all I like coins the best. Between 1, 5, and10 oz bars, along with junk silver, they probably make up 50% of my white metal , at least, with the other 50% being coinage. ASE's, Britannias, Libertads, Philharmonics, Koo-Koo's, Maples, Krugerrand's, Morgans, and of course a smattering of rounds. As long as they are economically digestible I really prefer coinage and its been a good long while since Ive bought ASE's.

But your right in pointing out junk silver and I have invested in a pile. Quarters and halve mostly and the old Lady inherited a big pile when her father died.
