Monument often has excellent deals. I buy from them and BullionExchanges a lot.
American gold has best resale value, especially 1/2 oz AGEs at this time. I prefer foreign fractional gold because gold is essentially gold and foreign has the lowest premium.
Foreign resale to dealers is generally spot - 2% whereas American is generally spot or spot +, however American gold almost always has a higher purchase premium for some reason. I scored 1oz random year AGEs at spot from JM almost 2 weeks ago and awaiting their delivery.
