Mexican fishing crew, US Coast Guard slug it out at sea​

EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – The captain and first mate of a Mexican fishing vessel are in federal custody after slugging it out at sea with members of the U.S. Coast Guard trying to board their boat.

The fracas unfolded last Sunday north of Mission Bay in San Diego, when members of a federal Joint Operations Center in Imperial Beach received information about a suspicious vessel.

Colombian president Gustavo Petro says he will not accept US deportation flights​

Colombian president Gustavo Petro announced on Sunday that he had blocked US military aircraft carrying deported Colombians as part of Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown from landing in his country.

Mexico had also reportedly refused to receive a similar flight on Saturday, according to US officials cited by Reuters and NBC News.

In a post on Twitter/X, Colombia’s leftist leader wrote: “A migrant is not a criminal and must be treated with the dignity that every human being deserves.

President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social, "I was just informed that two repatriation flights from the United States, with a large number of Illegal Criminals, were not allowed to land in Colombia. This order was given by Colombia’s Socialist President Gustavo Petro, who is already very unpopular amongst his people. Petro’s denial of these flights has jeopardized the National Security and Public Safety of the United States, so I have directed my Administration to immediately take the following urgent and decisive retaliatory measures:

-Emergency 25% tariffs on all goods coming into the United States. In one week, the 25% tariffs will be raised to 50%.
-A Travel Ban and immediate Visa Revocations on the Colombian Government Officials, and all Allies and Supporters.
-Visa Sanctions on all Party Members, Family Members, and Supporters of the Colombian Government.
-Enhanced Customs and Border Protection Inspections of all Colombian Nationals and Cargo on national security grounds.
-IEEPA Treasury, Banking and Financial Sanctions to be fully imposed.

These measures are just the beginning. We will not allow the Colombian Government to violate its legal obligations with regard to the acceptance and return of the Criminals they forced into the United States!"

Mexico allowed those people to enter and Mexico facilitated their arrival at our border. So as far as I am concerned, they are can all be sent back to Mexico, and let them figure out what to do with them. By allowing them into their country to begin with, they became their responsibility.

Immigration officers raid Colorado nightclub as Trump's deportation plan gathers pace​

The US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) conducted an immigration raid at a Colorado nightclub outside Denver in the early hours of Sunday, 26 January, as Donald Trump's promised ramped-up deportation action took effect.

DEA Rocky Mountain said they and local partners conducted an operation targeting "drug trafficking and members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA)" in which "drugs, weapons, and cash were seized in Adams County."

Trump says he will send migrants to Guantanamo Bay​

  • President Donald Trump said he will order his administration to prepare Guantanamo Bay to detain migrants.
  • Trump said he would sign an executive order instructing his Defense and Homeland Security departments to ready Guantanamo’s facilities.
  • Trump since has taken numerous actions to crack down on illegal U.S. border crossings and deport undocumented migrants en masse.
President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he will order his administration to prepare Guantanamo Bay, the U.S. military base on the island of Cuba where terrorism suspects have been held for decades, to detain migrants.

Trump, at a ceremony to sign an immigration detention bill into law, said he would also sign an executive order Wednesday instructing his Defense and Homeland Security departments to ready Guantanamo’s “migrant facility.”

Trump said there are thousands of beds in Guantanamo to “detain the worst criminal illegal aliens.”

REPORT: The k*ller in the Vermont Border Patrol slaying on Inauguration Day is allegedly linked to a radical leftist transgender militant cult known as the "Zizians"

The Zizians are a radical "computer-savvy" cult with a "vegan Sith" ideology & follow "Rationalism"

The leader of the cult is known as "Ziz," whose legal name is Jack LaSota.

According to reports, German national Felix "Ophelia" Bauckholt and student Teresa "Milo" Consuelo Youngblut were stopped by Border Patrol in Vermont on Jan 20.

Youngblut shot and k*lled Border Patrol agent David Maland. When agents returned fired, Bauckholt was hit and k*lled.

Youngblut survived but is in custody.

The gun that was used in the incident was traced back to trans nonbinary Michelle Jacqueline Zajko, whose parents were found de*d in Delaware County, PA. Their de*th is believed to be linked to the Zizians.

That case is unsolved.

The leader "Ziz" LaSota is a biological male who identifies as a female. He is accused of encouraging his followers to k*ll people.

His followers claim he passed away in 2022 but this seems to be fake. There is currently a warrant out for his arrest.

The group is accused of other crimes throughout the country including the m*rder of an elderly man in Vallejo, California.

The man was allegedly k*lled by Maximilian Bentley Snyder. Youngblut had filed a marriage application with Snyder in 2024.

Snyder is accused of k*lling the man who was a key witness in an upcoming attempted m*rder trial against the Zizian cult.

The injunction reinforces the Fourteenth Amendment's long-standing interpretation that grants citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil, citing over a century of Supreme Court precedent.

3. Temporary Relief: Families and immigrant rights groups challenging the order have gained temporary relief, ensuring that children born during the litigation period remain eligible for U.S. citizenship.

The Trump administration is expected to appeal the decision.

This injunction is yet another sign that for better or worse Trump’s opponents are determined to fight him at every step of his presidency.

Venezuelans backed Trump. Now some worry he’ll deport them.​

DORAL, Fla. — Ronald Bellorin decided to flee Venezuela for the United States during President Donald Trump’s first administration, convinced the Republican leader would protect people like him who had been targeted by an autocratic regime.

Now the university professor is worried the Trump administration is going to deport him. The Department of Homeland Security has canceled the temporary protected status given to thousands of Venezuelans who have arrived in recent years. Bellorin’s permission to work in the United States is set to expire in April, and his shield from deportation in September.

“Today, I feel the same way I felt in Venezuela — that they’re going to come take me somewhere I won’t be able to escape from,” Bellorin said, tearing up as he described his family’s ordeal. “It’s terrible to feel this way here in the United States.”

NEW: On Monday, a Coachella city councilwoman gave a sobbing interview to local media after her husband was arrested in a WalMart parking lot by the FBI for ICE. "My family was just separated!" she cried out as she recorded the arrest.

Here's what she left out:

Her husband is a previously deported Mexican illegal alien with a lengthy rap sheet of several felony convictions, including possession of a controlled substance (meth) for sale, inflicting corporal injury to a spouse, DUI, and assault with a deadly weapon, according to ICE.

Isidro Jimenez-Ibanez is also now looking at prosecution for felony re-entry, as federal authorities are now charging him with violation of 8 USC 1326, illegal alien found in the US after deportation, which was the reason for his FBI/ICE arrest in the Coachella parking lot. The FBI had a criminal warrant signed by a federal magistrate when they arrested him.

It is a felony to re-enter the US illegally after deportation, punishable by up to 2 years in prison on the first offense.

A judge has since released him on bond.

The idea would allow undocumented farm workers to voluntarily leave the U.S., then reapply to return legally through a new agricultural work program. While the H-2A guest worker program filled over 384,000 jobs last year, farmers say it’s costly, complex, and limited to seasonal labor.
