A circuit court judge has thrown out the government case against Brandon Raub and ordered him to be immediately released. I expect lawsuits to follow. This is an extrordianry case of government overreach and I hope this guy does everything in his power to advertise what was done to him.

Government overreach is an understatement! That was more like the action of a dictatorial regime. I'm glad a true American judge finally got to get his hands on that case!
