I've seen it before, they used to do it sitting in chairs instead of standing up, also they did a version called "cowboy poker" where they would sit around a card table playing poker. In both cases if you got out of your chair you were out, so last man still sitting in his chair was the winner. Definition of "winner" being subject to final hospital bills IMO.
