Even the Chinese middle-class, to the extent it exists, doesn't want to travel on "Green and Wonderful" government trains. CHINA is where GM is looking for most of its market growth. Buick exists, only because the Chinese like it as a brand, for reasons unknown. The original bankruptcy plan was to save Cadillac and Chevrolet and close the rest.
