The Department of Justice under President Joe Biden has begun to target legal gun owners who also use marijuana in the many states that have legalized medicinal or recreational marijuana.

I saw a pop up on the ATF form to grandfather in arm braces that specifically stated pot use is still a federal crime.

Expect it to also affect your 1A rights too if you speak out.

It's beyond past time to end the Federal war on drugs (or at least marijuana). Federally decriminalize/legalize marijuana and undermine the illegal drug trade for the cartels (which I suppose will do just fine with cocaine, meth, fentanyl etc.). Relieve stress on the overcrowded jail populations so we can keep the really bad apples locked up.
