That may be part of the point behind this staged crisis.

Drones are a REAL burr under the saddle to the nooze liars and their government masters. It is constantly drone footage which brings scope to unfolding news events - such as the train wreck in Ohio, or of (false) reports of non-attendance at politically-disfavored public figures' events.

This is a way to test acceptance of their taking over the air as they've taken over the roads, the water, the land.

It's off-topic, but maybe not so much. I was just thinking of a photo reposted on either ZH or Burning Platform (not sure which, right now), of a homeless bum starting a fire, roadside, in California. Taken yesterday morning, just before the fire(s) there broke out.

The Woke police, ready to jail you for participating in a public protest of the Elite Orthodoxy and its Party...give zero pfux about the invaders accidentally setting catastrophic brush fires...or, perhaps, committing deliberate wholesale arson.

Last month – the head of NORAD and NORTHCOM – the military commands that defend North America – told Congress some of those mysterious drones seen flying inside the United States may indeed have been spying. He did not say for whom. 60 Minutes has been looking into a series of eerily similar incidents – going back years – including those attention getting flyovers in New Jersey recently. In each, drones first appeared over restricted military or civilian sites, coming and going – often literally – "under the radar." The wake-up call came just over a year ago, when drones invaded the skies above Langley Air Force base in Virginia over 17 nights, forcing the relocation of our most advanced fighter jets. Our story starts with an eyewitness and an iPhone.

Jonathan Butner: Close around 7 o'clock, I would say, I started seeing these reddish, orange flashing lights that were starting to come in from the Virginia Beach area. It began slowly, like, one at a time.

Jonathan Butner's close encounter with drones came on Dec. 14, 2023. He was at his family's cabin on the James River in Virginia, about 100 miles south of Washington, D.C, with a commanding view of several military installations across the water.

Jonathan Butner: They started really coming in, like, almost, like, on a conveyor belt.

The size, speed, and altitude at which many drones fly, as well as the increasing ubiquity, flexibility, affordability, and sophistication of these aircraft, are widely seen as creating significant technical and operational challenges for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD, or the Deparment).

Don't know about an Iranian drone mothership but after the Ukraine drone attack on Russia I'm starting to wonder if Jeffrey may be on to something.

Hey, mega-yachts are mega-powerful. A couple in a rented mega-yacht went and blew up the Nordstream pipeline.

The EU girlz all told us that, so it must be true.

Depends on how big the drones are.

If small, a yacht could carry a lot.
....but if they are the size of the one I saw, you'd need something a lot bigger than a yacht to carry more than one of them.
 
I'm thinking of the mega yachts seized from those Russian oligarchs, the really big ones.
 
Me? I'm leaning more towards container ships. Could launch from sea or land. Bring containers with drones (kinda the way the Ukrainians did) in. The containers are placed in there normal spots in the port and then remotely launched.

The Ukrainians claimed they worked on their plans for a year and a half. I'm thinking there are people in different places who have been plaining our demise for years. The middle east, Russia, N Korea, China come to mind real quick. Maybe someone who wants us to think an attack came from one of their enemies so we go to war for them while they sit on the side lines and watch.

All sorts of possibilities. Including home grown haters.
