^^^ Wow. They cut out the stressed portion and filled it with 6013, then went through a series of straightness checks, grinding, annealing, and touching up again with a hydraulic press.
As a hobby welder, I was "huh?" when they cut out the metal around the defect area, but then it became apparent that they were removing the stressed steel. And the high charcoal annealing stage was to remove any remaining stress before and after the repair weld. My respects to them for doing the necessary steps before I even anticipated them.
My hidden voice suggested that the might have accused Indian steel for that member, and they (Pak) were able to deal with such. And keep going, as a show/proof of being able to step beyond their game opponents.
