I think the fractional US gold at spot is a better deal:
I bought those comemmoratives last month at spot from BE. They are on the same planchet as a pre-1933 $5 gold coin. Very underrated. I don't know why the mint does not restrike pre-33 with new dates?
That's because the banks want their cut outside of a paper check. You need to pay the toll if you want to pay electronically.
I used to accept credit card payments in my business and was paying $500+ monthly just in bank fees above a simple $25 connection fee. It was robbery and very.complicated to track. So I stopped taking them and sleep better.
