The first half hour of this debate is all over the place - covering the economy, inflation, government, etc. It's an easy listen IMO.
 
Not sure Schiff and Roubini are the best gold advocates...

Schiff aggressively bashing BTC on X,
Roubini... too much academics. For him it's more about monetary or financial theory than about ordinary people and their need for sound money.

I watched the debate. All 4 panelists had moments where they made good points and moments where they came off as a bit ... inflexible in their ability to consider challenging ideas. Schiff and Roubini much more so than Voorhees and Scaramucci on the latter point.
 
On X Schiff is conducting a personal war vs. bitcoiners.
His point is that gold is a better investment than BTC.
Completely missing gold's point

With gold and BTC you are primarily talking about currencies, not investments.
BTC and gold should be compared as currencies, not as investments.

I think Peter is just trolling for engagement most of the time on Twitter/X. He gets lots of angry replies, so it must be working. I wonder how much X is paying him monthly for the engagement.
