It looks like in the last 2 1/2 years, if interpreted correctly, that most delivery notices may be cross-dock transfers - moved, if moved at all, within Comex vaults, since entire month's worth of Issues are exactly cancelled out by the Stops and why it might lead to such little correlation of notices to withdrawals.
I guess I was surprised by what seems to be a recent change to previous years. I have the data back to 2011, but haven't figured out how get these results out of Access yet, so I'm importing the summaries into Excel. If interested, let me know and I'll forward this spreadsheet, which summizes Nick's data by clearinghouse back to 2020. Bold indicates major delivery months
