A long read- but the key point- when Russia privatized the fertilizer industry this guy jumped on it. It is huge. He claims with out fertilizer with in a few years 1/2 the global population would be dead.
He thinks he worked hard, does not think he is an oligarch.
Think of how the US is privatizing public assets. Roads, prisons, parks, buildings, parking meters, some things just should not be privatized.
