El Mencho's right-hand man "El Tuli" is also dead. Killed in a clash with security forces trying to arrest him.El Tuli was CJNG's top financial chief and masterminded the retaliatory attacks across Jalisco.
He was offering 20,000 pesos for every dead soldier.

US intel backed operation that led to killing of Mexican drug lord
American spy agencies provided key intelligence that helped Mexican special forces locate and kill one of the country’s most notorious drug traffickers on Sunday, according to a one senior U.S. intelligence official and another person briefed on the matter.Mexican officials said Monday that they were able to pin down the location of Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, the founder of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, by following a confidant of one of Cervantes’ romantic partners. Mexican authorities had acknowledged support from U.S. intelligence on Sunday, but said it was only “complementary” in the takedown of the narcotrafficker known as “El Mencho.”

The difference is that in the US the cartel are outnumbered with citizens that are heavily armed.
Trump just needs to put out an Eo declaring open season on cartel members in the US. Maybe add a bounty for each one killed and we the peeps will take care of the rest. No need for police to risk their pensions.
How'd our armed citizens work out against the Brandon-NGO invasion, using commercial jetliners? Repelling Haitians in Columbus, Somalians in Minneapolis, Indians in California as they flocked to the DMV offices to get CDLs?
Even when they snatch dogs and cats, or drive semi trucks into carloads of families, our dangerous armed citizens DO NOTHING.
The Dumbos are counting on that continuing.
It woulda worked out well had Brandon put a no-questions-asked bounty on illegals and declared it open season on them.
As it stands, it's illegal for us to to do that.
We can only make citizen arrests for truly serious crimes. (Murder rape robbery arson, etc etc.)
