Wednesday marked the first fligh5t of the Morpheus Lander and it was a success on every level. The new sensors worked as designed and it was able to navigate a safe landing with nothing more than its own computer program. I wish I could have been there to watch, but since they were using a relative3ly new [to NASA anyhow] fuel of liquid methane, they didn't want any "accidents" should the thing explode.:flail:

In other news, May 10th will be another launch of the Falcon over at Space X launch complex at the Cape. That one I will be front and center for.
