I haven't (thank God) but lots of people have. Gerald Johnson had one and it wasn't good at all.

I have not had one, but I know many people that have. From what I've read, NDEs appear to be related to the temporal lobe in the brain. Many people experiencing temporal lobe seizures have experiences very similar to NDEs:

Motorcycle accident back in 83. Saw my life flash before my eyes I guess you could say. Not sure it was before my eyes but definitely a strange thing seeing all those memories go flashing by in an instant. then bright light and I was awake and back to reality.

They (medical) say when you are under anesthetics you are closer to death than any other time.
When I found out I had kidney cancer I immediately told the kidney doctor "Get it Out". I'd seen my dad postpone a cancer surgery simply to be present and good spirits for Christmas. Reschedule to late January.
By then the lung cancer had perforated the lung wall and was found in his lymph nodes.
The next few month was hell for him and the family, and he eventually died.
Sometime during my surgery or in the recovery room dad came to me while I was "OUT". "More trials ahead" he told me and was gone.
When I woke up in my hospital bed my wife told me " They think they got it all, but they had to take the entire kidney". And he had got it all nothing in the lymph nodes.
Get sent to a nephrologist, he told me I have stage 3 kidney disease in the remaining kidney.
The next year when I turned 65 I got the Medicare " DOn't call it a Physical physical and found out I had had a heart attack sometime in my past. and Type 2 Diabetes.
I recalled Dad saying "More Trials Ahead".
As far as I see it Every Day is a Blessing for me. As a fellow poster sez maybe at another site "Two thing in life Death and Taxes, but you can cheat Death".
I feel great, have some minor issues that will never get better, but I still get to get my little kiddies across the road to the elementary school twice a day.
I feel I cheat death daily.

So if sometime in the future you notice I no longer post. "Honk,Honk My Time is Up".

I was 17 and late for work on my 500cc motorbike. A voice whispered in my ear ' go in straight and upright' so I impacted the front of the fast moving sports car smack in the middle of the front number plate. I was launched into the air and should have landed on my head in the road behind the car but whatever it was that whispered in my ear, suspended the laws of physics and moved me sideways about 15 ft, between trees about 6 ft apart growing out of the hedge and dumped me unceremoniously onto a giant overhang of brambles ...... no crash helmet, just jeans trainers and a tee shirt .......... Tore a finger badly and broke a toe (-:
I thought I had total recall of the impact, air time and landing but for many years was a bit puzzled that it was perhaps too long a duration as a couple of seconds should have covered the air time but it felt like at least double that.
Then a minute later I was talking to the ambulance crew, who were unable to see me from the road.
It was something of a shock when it dawned on me that it would have taken 15-20 minutes for an ambulance to get to me from around 5 miles away and before mobile phones were invented.

Theres much more but im not sure this is the right place ............

And yes I know quite a few people who have had NDE's, generally as a result of accidents and we all seem to be more spiritually aware as a consequence.
