I bought a few of these coins recently and just received them the other day. I have to say that the images of these coins on the web do not do them justice:

The background for the image is actually a light frosting texture and the scales on the dragon are shiny like mirrors and really pop. It's a pretty cool design.

I have all series 1's except for a 10 oz series 2 dragon. I really like the designs on the lunar series as well.
