No glory until they do away with the monarchy the people are repeatedly told are "ceremonial".

Agreed. The time for monarchy is long gone. As I have mentioned before, some people seem to worship the idea of monarchy and I find this idea repugnant. We don't need kings, and those who disagree should be ridiculed at first. And if they get violent, they should be sent to prison for their crimes.
