Oh I don't know about that... they protect elders... you can't change a will you need a lawyer to be there.
Had an uncle who had dementia and nephews wanted him to 'move up north' so they could raid his will.
Lawyer stepped in and put the kibosh on that. Nephews left the next day after they found out they were NOT in the will!
They do a mental testing on older people. They asked them certain questions to determine their mental state dementia. If they can’t answer the questions then they have to go before a judge. The questions are what day is it? Who’s the president? things like that.
