Walnut, Wormwood and cloves is Hulda Clarks formula for ridding the GI system of worms and parasites.

There's some question weather DE kills internal parasites, but with Clarks formula it'll get it.

That being said, I'd skip the DE internally and go with Hulda Clarks formula.

DE kills bugs by the bugs walking over tiny razor sharp edges of DE. The bugs get cuts, then bleed out and dehydrate and die. I'm not too sure about putting DE in my gut...
