I'm working on that Christmas sequel.

The Sins of the Fathers.

It should be no problem to get it up long before the 25th.

As to the big project...I have still to figure out how to get it posted where it won't get yanked down. A panoramic novel won't fit here...every time I think about exploring Grok's knowledge of Substack, I suddenly seem to remember a need to get the weather report, or check a public cam of places I used to live...

De Nile is not a river in Egypt.

God willing and the creek don't rise, I may have progress to show, soon.

How the Trump administration's account of boat strike has evolved

The U.S. military's early September strike on an alleged Venezuelan drug boat — the first salvo in a months-long string of attacks — has drawn new scrutiny in recent days, as the White House confirmed that the vessel was struck twice.

The confirmation followed a Washington Post report that the first boat was struck a second time, killing a pair of survivors — prompting calls for investigations and concerns in Congress that the follow-up strike may have constituted a war crime. A Pentagon manual on the law of war says combatants that are "wounded, sick, or shipwrecked" no longer pose a threat and should not be attacked.

Just beating the drum...

Funny how all the suits and skirts with marionette lines to their jaws...have nothing to say about the 40 million invaders, killing Americans - in deliberate crimes and in traffic accidents with frauded licenses.

Nor about how they're living large on SNAP card benefits - NOT available to us, the taxpayers.

This is a second attempt at a color revolution. We didn't slaughter this Demo-scum; so they're trying again.

This ends one of two ways. We WIPE THEM OUT - or they enslave us, and slowly wipe US out.

Nor are they talking about how the pedophile administration simply ignored existing immigration laws and not only facilitated an invasion but forced the American taxpayer to foot the bill for it. I'm pretty sure a case could be made that those actions were not only seditious but traitorous as well.

I think the democrat lawmakers forget that they take an oath when they are sworn in.

They think nothing of their oath. Their god is GOVERNMENT, and they are government.

They are godhead. So, oaths to lesser powers mean nothing. Just as obligations to lesser citizen-subjects mean nothing.

Like their word means nothing. To them, morality is not Right and Wrong, but what is legal and what you can get away with. And what you can convince crooked judges in government that opponents MUST NOT be allowed to get away with.

This is a second attempt at a color revolution. We didn't slaughter this Demo-scum; so they're trying again.
And they are working hard to divide the Right so that they might win midterms and '28.
....and many on the Right are eating their propaganda up, hook line and sinker.

Hate to say it, but I agree.

Whoever is advising or communicating with Trump on this, is really doing a disservice that borders on criminal.

Love me some history.

The Great Sedition Trial of 1944

The “Great Sedition Trial” uncovered shocking connections at the time with the German reich that we were fighting, and challenged the idea that the nation was of a single mind during the war. It also challenged exactly how far the national commitment to freedom of speech and opinion reached, especially in extraordinary times.

He's right.

Unfortunately, the most anti-fragile candidate of three elections, was, in the end, not suited for a world with a lot of moving parts, a world that requires knowledge of things of which he knows nothing. Like military regulations, protocols, moral duties...and like, economics and money, beyond his limited experience as a business-borrower.

And here we are. It is TRUMP in the end that is destroying Trump. Because he's giving ammo to the Color Revolutionaries.

Pettifoggers.

How about, the principals of that "law" firm are likewise arrested for Treason?

We set the precedent, with Sidney Powell's prosecution just for QUESTIONING voting systems and protocols, as Trump's lawyer.

So put these liars, I mean lawyers, on the gallows as well.

Hegseth moves to demote Sen. Mark Kelly, cut pension over illegal orders video

Washington — Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Monday that the Pentagon had begun a process to demote Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona and cut his retirement pay over a video in which Kelly, a retired Navy captain, called on service members to "refuse illegal orders."

In a post on X, Hegseth said he had issued a letter of censure to Kelly, who served in the Navy until 2011.

The Pentagon, Hegseth's post said, "has initiated retirement grade determination proceedings" that could result in a "reduction in his retired grade" and "a corresponding reduction in retired pay."

Federal Law Could Limit Pentagon’s Punishment for Mark Kelly, Experts Say

On Monday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued a letter of censure to Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), a retired Navy captain, saying the senator’s actions were prejudicial to good order and discipline following a Nov. 18 video shared to social media.

The censure letter, a copy of which was reviewed by USNI News, opens the proceedings for a reduction in retired grade, with Secretary of the Navy John Phelan making a recommendation to Hegseth as to whether it is warranted. Hegseth will then determine if he will reduce Kelly’s grade after receiving the recommendation.

No matter the recommendation, military law experts argue Hegseth will not be able to change Kelly’s retirement grade under the law.

Kelly Files Suit Contesting Censure, Retirement Review

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) said Monday that he is suing Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Secretary of the Navy John Phelan.

The lawsuit is in response to a letter of censure issued by Hegseth and a directive to Phelan to consider reducing Kelly’s retirement grade over statements in a video that Kelly made with other congressional Democrat veterans.

In his censure letter, Hegseth said Kelly’s comments violated good order and discipline and was conduct unbecoming of an officer, two charges that fall under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice.

Prosecutors fail to secure indictment against 6 Dem lawmakers

02/10/2026 10:44 PM EST

Federal prosecutors tried and failed Tuesday to obtain a criminal indictment of six Democratic lawmakers who took part in a video last year urging military personnel to refuse to carry out illegal orders, two people briefed on the development said.

The rejection of the case against the six lawmakers — who include Sens. Mark Kelly of Arizona and Elissa Slotkin of Michigan — was the latest extraordinary brushback by a grand jury of Washington, D.C., residents to a case brought by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, the top federal prosecutor in the capital.
