I've been trying to find a reputable assessment of sources of precious metals and thought members should know NOT to rely upon BBB ratings. There's been much disclosure over several years of the BBB trashing businesses when they stop or won't pay the annual ransom. Conversely, it's totally ludicrous to give an A or A+ rating to any business that's had 3-4 complaints in a year's time, much less 33! If anything, it appears unhappy customers didn't get their issues resolved until BBB complaints were filed. About the BBB:
