Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer (N.Y.) has invoked the Senate’s “blue slip” tradition to block President Trump’s appointees to serve as U.S. attorneys for two of the most prestigious districts in the country, the southern and eastern districts of New York.

Schumer announced Wednesday that he will use his senatorial privilege to block Trump’s nomination of former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Jay Clayton, a Trump loyalist, to serve as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York and Joseph Nocella, a prominent local Republican, to serve as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District.

I know a guy that lost that one big time. He stood flatfooted and told me he did not sign the tax form, so he owed nothing.

It seems that if you have signed any gummint document, you have signed. But the IRS got him because he filed the year before.

His name was Garza, IIRC. He also found out he could be a Sovereign Citizen and not be bound by anything but Maritime Law.

This was a long time ago. If he is still alive, I would bet a Krugerrand that he would be a "woman" now.

On January 27, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order (EO) 14186, titled The Iron Dome for America. The EO announced a shift in U.S. missile defense policy, expanding the scope of the homeland missile defense mission and directing the Department of Defense (DOD) to develop “a next generation missile shield.” The EO directed the Secretary of Defense to submit several deliverables to begin implementing this new policy. In February 2025, the executive branch redubbed the project “Golden Dome for America.”

Gunman kills 2, wounds 6 others during a shooting at Florida State University​

Updated April 17, 2025

At least two people were killed and six others hospitalized after a shooting by a student at Florida State University in Tallahassee, according to law enforcement.

In an alert issued around noon to those on campus, FSU warned people to "shelter in place" and stated that police had responded to "an active shooter call at the Student Union."

Shortly after 3 p.m., the university said, "Law enforcement has neutralized the threat." Authorities also lifted the lockdown for most of the campus, except for nine buildings that are still an "active crime scene."

Authorities identified the alleged gunman as Phoenix Ikner, the son of a current and longtime Leon County deputy. Sheriff Walter McNeil says the 20-year-old suspect had access to one of the deputy's personal handguns, and it was found at the scene along with a shotgun. The sheriff says the suspect, an FSU student who is in custody, was well-known to the department and had participated in several training programs, including as a member of the department's 'youth advisory council'.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) — The 20-year-old son of a sheriff’s deputy opened fire Thursday at Florida State University with his mother’s former service weapon, killing two people and wounding at least six others, investigators said.

Officers quickly arrived and shot and wounded the shooter after he refused to comply with commands, said Tallahassee Police Chief Lawrence Revell.

Authorities have not yet revealed a motive for the shooting, which began around lunchtime just outside the student union, sending students and frightened parents hiding for cover in a bowling alley and a freight elevator inside the building.

The shooter, identified by police as Phoenix Ikner, is believed to be a Florida State student, investigators said. The two people who died were not students, said Florida State University Police Chief Jason Trumbower, adding that he would not release additional information about the victims.

The shooter obtained access to a weapon that belongs to his mother, who has been with the sheriff’s office for over 18 years and has been a model employee, said Leon County Sheriff Walt McNeil. Police said they believed Ikner shot the victims using his mother’s former service handgun.

Jessica Ikner (kid's mother), who serves as a School Resource Officer in Leon County, had recently shared photos on Facebook of herself speaking to children at the Florida Missing Children’s Day Foundation.

In a 2022 post, she shared a message about disciplining children that read: “Five minutes in the corner is better than five years in prison. Discipline them now so the system doesn’t have to do it later.”

Subliminal Involuntary Psycontrol (SLIPC): An approach to PSYOP advocated by Col. Aquino encompasses the entire spectrum of external influences upon the targets awareness, alertness, and disposition.

Brainwave resonance (BWR) plays an important role here:

Delta waves, characteristic of deep sleep (1-3 Hz).

Theta waves, characteristic of high emotion, dreaming, and receptivity (4-7 Hz).

Alpha waves, characteristic of relaxed focus and a balanced awakened state (8-12 Hz).

Beta waves, characteristic of deliberate logical thought and intense frontal brain activity (13-22 Hz).

All of these brainwave states are subject to the principle of resonance. Specifically, energy waves reaching the brain through the eyes, ears, or even the skin will induce brainwaves to cycle at the same wavelength.

For example, some people will experience seizures when they are exposed to flashing lights at a particular frequency. Hypnotists generally seek to induce theta wave states. More recently, the emergence of binaural entrainment or isochronic brainwave music have become publicly available for purchase to assist with relaxation or intense focus.

All of these brainwave states are significant to SLIPC. Attempting a relaxed and cooperative discussion in an Alpha state is much easier than trying to accomplish one in a Beta one.

Aquino suggests that PsyWar should focus on altering brainwave frequencies. He asserts active employment of Brainwave resonance frequency generators to project desired BWR into an operational environment to alter emotions and awareness of targets is a desirable, non-lethal method, that would incline a target to be more receptive to PsyWar campaign messaging.

BWR generators may be strategic satellite based platforms that transmit BWR both directly onto the target or through localized electronic media. These methods would be undetectable.

But what about the use of BWR generators well outside the normal range of human experience? Could prolonged exposure to gamma waves (30 to 80 Hz) cause physical damage?

Could this type of weapon be the cause of the mysterious Havana Syndrome where dozens of U.S. officials overseas reported a sudden onset of symptoms including a perceived localized loud sound with disabling cognitive problems?

If field offices and agents just opt out of participating in deportations they should be fired immediately. Thus far I haven't heard of anyone being fired. If they won't perform tasks as simple as deporting illegals what are the odds they will work on anything serious like the laundering of money via USAID and all the other agencies and crimes that so many committed?

Now that taxes have refilled the coffers I guess Trump decided to give it to the illegals to go on vacation. They get a stipend and a plane ticket but he wants them back.

No draining of the swamp. No getting rid of the 10's of millions of illegals. Other than China, no real tariffs. No end to the war in Ukraine and currently negotiating with Iran. Is Obama still running the White House?

To me it looks like Trump is very much still a democrat but more of an older school democrat. He sure knows how to destroy his base. People are getting very pissed at this point. 100's of billions in fraud and 0 arrests. Now he changes course on removing millions of illegals. All this and only 14 weeks in.

Over on the freeper board the tide is certainly turning. One of the most pro Trump sites around and by far the majority are calling for all of these people to be replaced. By now Blondie and Kash should have purged both agencies and the fact that neither of them have is a sure sign that not much will be accomplished under their leadership or lack thereof. I'm still peeved that Kash put that asshole in charge of the DC field office. Same guy that persecuted the Jan 6 peeps. Maybe Trump will give him Kashes job when he fires Kash.

How's Kash doing with those Epstein redactions? 100's of FBI agents working tirelessly I imagine. Not even sure what the point of any of that will be to be honest. it's not like Blondie will arrest anyone. I'm pretty sure they already have the blacklist from Ghislaine trial. No arrests of anyone there either. She's in prison for pimping out young girls yet not 1 client was identified, arrested or prosecuted.

Since Trump is officially POTUS again, the call for full disclosure of the Epstein files is growing rapidly. (The released redacted version was nothing new..) With every passing day, people get more impatient, even disappointed. Some turn away, claiming Trump is no better than the rest.

Well, no. Sorry to burst your bubble.

You will have to ask yourself what you expect. Do you want those files to be released? OK, then what?

Ah, you expect arrests? And how do you think the legal procedures work?

Trump announced it’s very important that everything is done according to law. No mistakes, no random arrests. Take a look at this interview:

What does Alina Habba say here? She is explaining how a criminal investigation works. This is a much better option than just exposure and no furhter action.

When I was in my twenties, I worked for the Police in Rotterdam, in the Netherlands. I joined some huge criminal investigations to create something entirely new for the Dutch police force: Finacial Criminal Analysis (‘Follow the Money’, just as I did for the Fall of the Cabal series). While doing that, I got a good opportunity to learn how big, international criminal investigations work.

Let me start by telling you, that these investigations mostly take years. In the Epstein case, I would even expect decades. There are so many suspects, and each and every one of them needs investigation and becomes a separate criminal case. To make sure the suspects are not released for formal errors, every small step has to be taken with consideration.

What do you think? How many cases will the Epstein files result in?

My guess is that the ‘Trump administration’ had access to these files from the start, so for years already. They must be working on them with a huge team, working 24/7. When the investigation on one person is done, the prosecutor needs to decide whether the case is strong enough to arrest the person. Because arresting someone indicates that you expect its final sentence to be longer than the time that person is in remand.

Maybe now you can imagine the immensity of the job being done. This is more important than just releasing the files. With releasing it, you can damage your case. Sometimes things take time. But that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

When they ask for patience, I think they deserve to get our trust. Why don’t we do OUR job, which is to expose evil, using open sources? Let them do their job, using more information than we have.

The age of common sense also means that sometimes we just have to wait and trust. How can you expect ‘everything’ to happen immediately? Trump and his team have only just started. I’m enjoying the show to the fullest, even when I get worried sometimes.

This is an incredible time to be alive! No matter how it ends, you are in the middle of one of the most decisive times humanity has ever encountered. We migth end up in camps and we might end up being free... That depends on OUR actions, not our yelling and screaming.

So I invite you to stand up and act! Inter-act with people, tell them the truth. You are free to use our documentaries, to show everyone around you, what is really happening and why. You have the tools, you know your job. We have to reach the ‘100 monkeys’. That means that developments will go very quickly, once enough people have reached the same knowledge / consciencness.

I see it as my task to provide you with that knowledge. It’s your job to spread it, to have some faith and some patience. And one day, we will celebrate our immense victory. I hope to meet you there!

And yet when it comes to arresting and prosecuting those on the right, justice seems to happen very quickly even when there is no crime or made up evidence of a crime.
Decades to investigate the Epstein files? What financial crimes are we talking about here? Guys paid to have sex with underage girls. There's a crime. Arrest, prosecute and put them in jail. If you find other crimes while they are in jail they can always be tried for those crimes as well and sentences increased. This isn't rocket science.

If there is evidence of financial crimes then start with Epsteins bank accounts. Take every deposit that came in and trace it back to the source. DOGE could probably write a program to do that within a day or two.
