Trump weighs using U.S. military to acquire Greenland: White House​

  • President Donald Trump and his team are considering “a range of options” in order to acquire Greenland, including “utilizing the U.S. Military,” the White House said.
  • Trump has asserted that the U.S. needs Greenland for national security purposes, pointing to Russian and Chinese activities in the region.
  • The leaders of Denmark and other European NATO states recently issued a joint statement pushing back on Trump’s increasingly vocal desire to obtain Greenland.
President Donald Trump and his team are considering “a range of options” in order to acquire Greenland, including “utilizing the U.S. Military,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told CNBC on Tuesday.

The statement further escalates the Trump administration’s rhetoric about Greenland, which the president has long sought to make a part of the United States.

Trump said Sunday that the U.S. needs Greenland for national security purposes, pointing to Russian and Chinese activities in the region near the Arctic island.

Had Mitch McConnell done the right thing at the first impeachment we wouldn't be talking about T now. He would have been relegated to the posterior of history.

There still might be a chance depending upon the outcome of the midterms.

When the United States offered $100 million in gold to buy Greenland​

The idea of acquiring the island did not originate with Donald Trump, but dates back to US President Harry Truman, under whose administration Washington made a formal attempt to buy Greenland.

In the aftermath of the Second World War, as global tensions shifted rapidly toward a new confrontation with the Soviet Union, the United States made an extraordinary diplomatic overture to Denmark. According to the AP's account of the National Archives papers, in December 1946, US Secretary of State James F. Byrnes proposed that Washington purchase Greenland outright for $100 million in gold bullion and the rights to a patch of Alaskan oil.
But the Truman administration pitched this offer under Cold War secrecy and no one learned about it for decades. The 1946 offer was little more than a footnote in diplomatic history. Discovery of the documents, which have been declassified since the early 1970s, was first reported by the Copenhagen newspaper Jyllands-Posten

Anyway, we got Maduro pretty easily, Denmark should also be easy and we get a 2 for. Denmark and Greenland. Might as well grab Norway and Sweden while we're there. Oh and Finland too. There's a country you never hear anything about.

Mexico should be next, they have oil, gold and silver. Should be a no brainer. Canada as well. Plenty of resources up there. Actually,plenty of resources in all of South America so we should just grab it all.

I wouldn't bother with the Nordic countries though. Place is fucking frozen most of the year
 

We can buy Greenland outright by offering direct payments to the relatively few Greenlanders, [57,000 total] granting them U.S. citizenship in the bargain. I wrote a detailed Substack on this last year.

Most Inuit Greenlanders hate the Danish, who tried to genocide them with a long-term secret IUD program, where Inuit women and young girls visiting Danish clinics for "health checks" were for unknowingly fitted with dangerous coil IUDs that were left in for years, leaving many sterile and in chronic lifelong pain. It was total "Dr. Mengele" stuff. The Inuit in Greenland are ripe for a better offer.

And in any event, Denmark's "claim" on Greenland is a total joke. Please read the whole Substack in the first reply. I'll also do some more screen grabs in an X-thread to whet your appetite.

Trump needs to invite XI to dinner at the White House. Once there he can be arrested for supplying the precursors for meth and Fetanyl and China can come under control of the US as well. After that he can just tell the rest of the world to surrender and all borders will be erased. All the land masses will then be called Trumpistan and all peoples of Trumpistan will be required to pay annual tribute.

6 months later we can rename all planets to Trump 1-9 and our galaxy will be renamed to Trumpy way.

Depends if the Eu uses nukes or not France and England both have a decent amount of nukes which is scary sine the muslims are taking that place over but if they se nukes then Paris is no more. If Putin wasn't there Russia would have already ended this Ukraine thingy with nukes. Then the Eu would retaliate and Russia would retaliate against them. And just like that, in about 15 minutes, all the Eu debt is wiped out.

All President Trump has to do is tell the Eurofags, "Give me Greenland or we're pulling out of the UN". Kick them out of their building in New York as well. The UN cannot exist without the US and they know it. The UN is nothing but a bad joke without us. And we've been carrying the load for far too long while the Eurofags just get softer and lazier.

Europe will hand Greenland over on a silver platter rather than lose their protection.
