Like Rome, it appears we are just going to conquer the whole world. Once we have Greenland we should grab the rest of Central and South America. Then we can move on the Africa and scoop up that continent. All easy wins and loads of resources overall.
Just need Vance for a couple terms then Don Jr and then Barron. We can set up most of our manufacturing in Africa with cheap labor and the rest of our territory can provide food and other resources for the world. It's gonna be one big beautiful world.

Sounds good to me CL

We can't pay our debts, so now we steal from others...

Some of you folks are fucking idiots. You still can't figure out how this works and it's been almost 1 year.
This is how President Trump gets our lazy parasite "allies" to get off their asses and do something. And they fall for it every time.

U.K Asks Germany and France, EU NATO, to Support Expanded Presence in Greenland

January 11, 2026 | Sundance | 162 Comments

Annnddd… Just like that, President Trump wins again.

Seriously folks, you would think that after all this time the Europeans would finally understand how President Trump manipulates the media cycle and gets them to do exactly what he wants – while they and the majority of their constituents think it’s exactly the opposite. This stuff is just too funny now.

According to European media outlets, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is in discussions with Germany and France to send a NATO alliance to Greenland to establish a stronger NATO military footprint. {LINK}

The media present this, hilariously, as if European NATO is going to defend Greenland against President Trump and the USA military. {{INSERT SEVERAL LAUGHING EMOJIS HERE}} I mean, think about it rationally.

The U.K, France and Germany are unwilling to send troops into Ukraine without the protection of the U.S. military. But somehow, for some reason, the U.K, France and Germany are going to send troops to Greenland to defend against the U.S. military.

The narrative sounds silly when put into context, right?

The reality is, for several years President Trump has been telling NATO they need to take the Arctic (Greenland) seriously and position more strongly against encroachment by China and Russia. European NATO has not responded with urgency to the requests of President Trump… because orange man bad.

So, President Trump starts talking about the U.S. taking aggressive unilateral action to secure Greenland as a strategic national security matter. Suddenly, ‘Voila!’ European NATO, under the auspices of defending their Denmark democracy, wakes up and says, ‘No, wait, you can’t just take Greenland, that’s bad.’ Then they assemble urgent talks to send EU NATO military resources to Greenland. Exactly what President Trump has been requesting to formerly deaf ears.

See how that works?

How about the israelis, should they carry their share seeing as they are our welfare rats. Say 10,000 troops...

WTAF? Would Trump actually fight (for Greenland)? | Sitrep podcast

Jan 8, 2026 Sitrep podcast | Defence explained
Denmark says US threats to take Greenland by force would ‘end’ Nato.
Does Nato have any plan to deal with an ally-on-ally attack? Which side would the UK take if it happened? Or is it all just about Trump’s “art of the deal”? Former UK ambassador to Nato Lord Ricketts shares his insights.
The US was said to have finally offered a security backstop for Ukraine when the UK and France formally signed-off their intent to put boots on the ground for any peace deal. But when you look at the detail, is there anything actually new there?
And why did a fleet of US special-operations aircraft fly into the UK this week? Was it just for the seizure of an oil-tanker, might it have something to do with Iran, or is it all an attempt to distract from something else?
Kate Gerbeau presents, with expert analysis from Professor Michael Clarke.

Randy Fine introduces ‘Greenland Annexation and Statehood Act’ to take over territory by any means necessary

Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) introduced a bill on Monday to give President Donald Trump authorization to “take such steps as may be necessary” to annex the Danish territory of Greenland.

“Huge News! Today, I am proud to introduce the Greenland Annexation and Statehood Act, a bill that allows the President to find the means necessary to bring Greenland into the Union,” announced Fine in a social media post, which featured a mock-up image of a Trump Tower in Greenland.

He continued, “Let me be clear, our adversaries are trying to establish a foothold in the Arctic, and we can’t let that happen. By acquiring Greenland, we would prevent our adversaries from controlling the Arctic Region and secure our northern flank from Russia and China.”

Greenland and Denmark prepare for a White House showdown

  • Greenland and Denmark’s foreign ministers are set to hold talks with U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Wednesday.
  • The high-stakes meeting comes amid President Donald Trump’s repeated threats to seize control of Greenland.
  • Ian Lesser, distinguished fellow at GMF, a Washington-based think tank, warned that failure to resolve the diplomatic crisis “does not just threaten NATO cohesion, it threatens the future existence of the Alliance as we know it.”
The Trump administration is poised for crunch talks with Greenlandic and Danish officials on Wednesday, amid the U.S. president’s ongoing push to take control of Greenland.

Greenland Foreign Minister Vivian Motzfeldt and her Danish counterpart, Lars Lokke Rasmussen, are expected to convene at the White House for talks with U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

Our babies were taken after 'biased' parenting test - now we're fighting to get them back

23 November 2025
When Keira's daughter was born last November, she was given two hours with her before the baby was taken into care.

"Right when she came out, I started counting the minutes," Keira, 39, recalls.

"I kept looking at the clock to see how long we had."

When the moment came for Zammi to be taken from her arms, Keira says she sobbed uncontrollably, whispering "sorry" to her baby.

"It felt like a part of my soul died."

Now Keira is one of many Greenlandic families living on the Danish mainland who are fighting to get their children returned to them after they were removed by social services.

In such cases, babies and children were taken away after parental competency tests - known in Denmark as FKUs - were used to help assess whether they were fit to be parents.

In May this year the Danish government banned the use of these tests on Greenlandic families after decades of criticism, although they continue to be used on other families in Denmark.

The assessments, which usually take months to complete, are used in complex welfare cases where authorities believe children are at risk of neglect or harm.

They include interviews with parents and children, a range of cognitive tasks, such as recalling a sequence of numbers backwards, general knowledge quizzes, and personality and emotional testing.

Defenders of the tests say they offer a more objective method of assessment than the potentially anecdotal and subjective evidence of social workers and other experts.

But critics say they cannot meaningfully predict whether someone will make a good parent.

Opponents have also long argued that they are designed around Danish cultural norms and point out they are administered in Danish, rather than Kalaallisut, the mother tongue of most Greenlanders.

Denmark’s leader apologizes to Indigenous girls and women in Greenland for forced contraception

COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — At age 13, Katrine Petersen was fitted with a contraceptive device by Danish doctors without her consent.

She had become pregnant, and after doctors in the Greenlandic town of Maniitsoq terminated her pregnancy, they fitted her with an intrauterine contraceptive device, commonly known as an IUD, or coil.

Now 52 and living in Denmark, Petersen recalled being told she had been fitted with the device before leaving the hospital.

“Because of my age, I didn’t know what to do,” she said tearfully. “I kept it inside me and never talked about it.”

Petersen said her trauma led to “anger, depression, and too much to drink,” as she suppressed memories of her experiences and didn’t speak about it with doctors.

In 1951, the Danish government conducted a controversial social experiment in which 22 Inuit children were removed from their families in Greenland. The goal was to assimilate them into Danish culture, cut off their ties to their Indigenous heritage in an effort to reshape their identities and prepare them for roles in a Danish-dominated society. At the time, Greenland was a Danish colony grappling with widespread poverty and high mortality rates (John, 2022).

These children, aged 5 to 9, were placed with Danish foster families, where they were prohibited from speaking Greenlandic and were systematically taught to adopt Danish language, customs, and values. The intent was to mold them into a generation that would serve as a bridge for Denmark’s continued dominance over Greenland’s political and social structures (John, 2022).

Many of the children never fully reunited with their families and suffered long-term mental trauma.

Now I don't care too much about Greenland but if T's going to buck it up to buy Greenland I want my fair share. It's only right.

Trump floats new tariffs in push to acquire Greenland

  • President Donald Trump said he may impose tariffs on countries “if they don’t go along with Greenland.”
  • “We need Greenland for national security. So I may do that,” Trump said at the White House.
  • The comments came as the Supreme Court could soon deliver its ruling on the legality of Trump’s “reciprocal” and fentanyl-related tariffs.
President Donald Trump said Friday he may impose tariffs on countries “if they don’t go along with Greenland.”

“We need Greenland for national security. So I may do that,” Trump said at the White House during a health-care-related event.

The comments show Trump, whose push to acquire Greenland for the U.S. has grown increasingly aggressive in recent months, turning to one of his favorite tools for leveraging power over foreign nations.

By the way, whose money does trump intend to steal to pay for Greenland???

Well, that's bad news for anyone who wants to buy a new European car. Well, more bad news than they were expecting, anyway.

Instead of buying Greenland with dollars, maybe we should offer Denmark a land swap. For instance, we could offer them the Isle of Wight for Greenland. That would give them excellent strategic access to the English Channel.

FAFO

Trump tariffs the EU until they agree that the US can acquire Greenland.

Trump takes the revenue from the tariffs on the EU to eventually buy Greenland when they cave.

Trump gets Greenland and the EU pays for it.

President Trump Announces New Tariffs Against “EU Leadership” Nations Attempting to Interfere in North American Strategic Defense and Greenland Negotiations

January 17, 2026 | Sundance | 331 Comments

President Trump has announced a new tariff regime against Germany, the UK, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands and Finland. The two-stage tariffs are in response to European leadership undermining U.S. strategic security discussions with Greenland.

PRESIDENT TRUMP – “We have subsidized Denmark, and all of the Countries of the European Union, and others, for many years by not charging them Tariffs, or any other forms of remuneration. Now, after Centuries, it is time for Denmark to give back — World Peace is at stake! China and Russia want Greenland, and there is not a thing that Denmark can do about it. They currently have two dogsleds as protection, one added recently.

Only the United States of America, under PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP, can play in this game, and very successfully, at that! Nobody will touch this sacred piece of Land, especially since the National Security of the United States, and the World at large, is at stake.

On top of everything else, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and Finland have journeyed to Greenland, for purposes unknown. This is a very dangerous situation for the Safety, Security, and Survival of our Planet. These Countries, who are playing this very dangerous game, have put a level of risk in play that is not tenable or sustainable.”

“Therefore, it is imperative that, in order to protect Global Peace and Security, strong measures be taken so that this potentially perilous situation end quickly, and without question. Starting on February 1st, 2026, all of the above-mentioned Countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, The United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and Finland), will be charged a 10% Tariff on any and all goods sent to the United States of America.

On June 1st, 2026, the Tariff will be increased to 25%. This Tariff will be due and payable until such time as a Deal is reached for the Complete and Total purchase of Greenland. The United States has been trying to do this transaction for over 150 years. Many Presidents have tried, and for good reason, but Denmark has always refused. Now, because of The Golden Dome, and Modern-Day Weapons Systems, both Offensive and Defensive, the need to ACQUIRE is especially important.

Hundreds of Billions of Dollars are currently being spent on Security Programs having to do with “The Dome,” including for the possible protection of Canada, and this very brilliant, but highly complex system can only work at its maximum potential and efficiency, because of angles, metes, and bounds, if this Land is included in it.

The United States of America is immediately open to negotiation with Denmark and/or any of these Countries that have put so much at risk, despite all that we have done for them, including maximum protection, over so many decades. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
