What was that missile Argentina had, the Exocet that sank two ships and damaged one? I wonder if the Argentina navy ever forgave us for backstabbing them.
Well it was a Military Junta that backstabbed its own people. And they were nuts to think we'd back them over our closest ally. Besides it was a British submarine that sank that ship, tho yes they fired a "made in America" torpedo. The Argies had American made war planes that sank Brit ships too and were they not to stupid to fuse their bombs correctly they would have sank more.

During the Falklands War, England lost six ships: the destroyers HMS Sheffield and HMS Coventry, the frigates HMS Ardent and HMS Antelope, the Royal Fleet Auxiliary landing ship RFA Sir Galahad, and the civilian container ship SS Atlantic Conveyor.

Trump official faces 'serious legal jeopardy' after 'order to kill' leaks

A Washington Post exclusive details how Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth gave an order on the first Caribbean boat strike, saying to leave no survivors.

"As two men clung to a stricken, burning ship targeted by SEAL Team 6, the Joint Special Operations commander followed the defense secretary’s order to leave no survivors," write Alex Horton and Ellen Nakashima.

"The longer the U.S. surveillance aircraftfollowed the boat, the more confident intelligence analysts watching from command centers became that the 11 people on board were ferrying drugs," they write.

U.S. military officials have confirmed in private briefings to lawmakers that there was cocaine on the boats targeted in recent strikes, but no fentanyl, despite saying these attacks are part of a war on the deadly drug.

Push come to shove, if these are really drug boats, then KILL EVERYONE OF THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS.....jmho.

Remember the torture memos? The boat strike memos may be worse.

Perhaps not surprisingly, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and senior military leaders have faced the worst of the political uproar from the Trump administration’s boat strikes off the coasts of Central and South America. The campaign has produced at least 87 deaths and one of the few episodes of bipartisan pushback in Trump’s second term following the revelation that the U.S. military conducted a “double tap” strike on an alleged drug boat that intentionally killed two survivors of an earlier strike.

But very serious questions about the legality of the effort in its entirety — even setting aside the double tap strike — should be directed at the Trump administration’s top lawyers. In particular, there is a dubious, but still classified, memo that was reportedly produced over the summer by the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel that signs off on the campaign and asserts that everyone in the chain of command is entitled to criminal immunity because the United States is said to be engaged in an armed conflict with drug cartels. (A DOJ spokesperson said, “These operations were ordered consistent with the law of armed conflict.”)

I don't believe we are attacking Drug Cartels for the simple reason there has been no retaliation, plenty of American service personnel and civilians to kill in South and Central America...

Lindsey Graham tells Trump to "finish off" Venezuelan leader Maduro, "crime of aggression" critics say

President Donald Trump on Tuesday announced that he has designated the Venezuelan “regime” led by President Nicolas Maduro as a foreign terrorist organization and ordered a “total and complete blockage of all sanctioned oil tankers” going into and out of the South American country.

On social media, Trump continued to threaten Venezuela with “the largest Armada ever assembled in the History of South America” and vowed to take “all of the Oil, Land, and other Assets that they previously stole from us.”
