I grazed over all the videos of wrongful accusations and wonder why there weren't any "Donald Trump Falsely Accused" U-Toobs. Well, jeeze, it seem like when I do a search on 'donald trump falsely accused' all that comes up is about the Prez making unsubstantiated or false accusations against political opponents and other items.
Nothing about his new yerk conviction — that was entirely deserved.

Albany police's legacy of wrongful convictions continues to grow​

ALBANY - Corey Young was reaching for some ice cream when a police officer grabbed him from behind and threw him to the ground inside a convenience store in Winston-Salem, N.C.

It was November 1996 and Young, then 29, was especially bewildered by the encounter because two Albany detectives that he recognized, Tony Ryan and Kenneth P. Wilcox, were standing by watching as he was taken into custody. He was handcuffed and sitting on a curb outside the store when Wilcox walked over and began reading him a Miranda warning.

One Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper's high number of dismissed DUI cases, internal THP emails, and accounts and records from two former troopers, are raising questions of a possible DUI arrest quota system, or at least significant pressure.
DUI arrests that later test negative for alcohol or drugs have been the focus of an ongoing FOX 17 News investigation. Tennessee has counted more than 2,500 'sober DUI' arrests since 2017, among all law enforcement agencies.
Trooper now resigned after 13 'sober DUI' arrests
FOX17 uncovered court records showing a former Bedford County THP trooper, Asa Pearl, made 13 DUI arrests in cases where drivers later tested negative for any drugs or alcohol, from 2020 to 2024. An additional 18 of Pearl's DUI arrests were also dismissed after blood alcohol levels tested below the legal limit. That's 31 DUI arrests altogether- dropped.

78-year-old gets largest reported $90K "Sober DUI" settlement from Rutherford County​

Rutherford County has settled a civil lawsuit with a 78-year-old man who sued after getting arrested for DUI despite later testing negative for alcohol or drugs.
David Dutton, of Murfreesboro, will receive a $90,000 check from Rutherford County, according to records obtained by FOX 17 Investigates. The agreement was penned earlier this month.
It is the largest settlement FOX 17 Investigates has identified so far in our ongoing “sober DUI” arrest series, with dozens of similar cases still pending statewide.
Dutton was pulled over by Rutherford County deputies in 2023. He has multiple medical conditions, including balance problems and a plate in his neck, which he told officers about.
During field sobriety testing captured on body camera video, a deputy instructed Dutton to walk heel to toe.

New Jersey man who sued police detective in Colorado awarded $24 million: "I felt vindicated"​

A Denver-based lawyer says a jury on Monday awarded her client more than $24 million in what appears to be the largest police misconduct verdict in Colorado history.

"The jury today recognized how an arrest can severely impact someone's life," said attorney Kathryn Stimson, who represented Robert Dial, a financial services executive.

Court records show Dial sued a former Parker Police Department detective over his 2022 arrest for tampering with evidence and being an accessory to murder. Dial's son, Cameron,27, had been arrested on murder and assault charges. Parker police said Cameron Dial shot two people at the Stone Canyon Apartments on Feb. 15, 2022. One man died at the scene.

And yet....our personal cars are going to be connected to a similar device, NOT calibrated regularly.

And that device will determine whether we're **FIT** - to operate OUR OWN TRANSPORTATION APPLIANCES.

Anyone see the irony in this? We dump the cases of the demonstrably drunk drivers, yet the innocent still must kneel to the same crappy technology.

HERE is a solution. Drive drunk, and cause injury or death...treat as malicious assault or First-Degree Homicide.

Only problem with that is, the Woked and deliberately-malfeasant fake JUDGES.

And of course, prosecutors - from the same universities, the same political party; the same twisted philosophies, that of Cloward-Piven.
 
I see some people getting wrongly detained by use of these Flock cameras. Major problem.
