No clue if this is true but for argument's sake let's say it is.

Been a hoot if Musk shoved Bessent. Bessent regains footage, knocks Musk out and then starts to choke Musk with T cheering him on while everything was live streamed to X.

From DM. May not want to open with a phone.

Study reveals surprising trend among nearly half of Tesla drivers: 'More ... emotionally charged than they ever expected'

Vandalism against vehicles has unfortunately been around for a very long time. From keyed door panels to slashed tires, it can become a costly ordeal for anyone who has even been victimized. And according to nearly 50% of Tesla owners, their electric vehicles have been targeted by vandals at an alarming rate.

In a recent study from Guardian Service, researchers surveyed 508 Tesla owners in the United States. This was done to "explore how vandalism, insurance hikes, and public perception are reshaping the EV ownership experience."

As noted by the researchers, 44% of Tesla owners reported that they received "intentional damage to their vehicle." This accounted for an average repair bill of $1,900 for owners. Not only do these acts of vandalism cost Tesla owners in the short term, but they may affect long-term insurance rates as well.

Prosecutors charge man who allegedly used botnet to take down X this spring

An Oregon man has been charged in a federal complaint today on allegations of operating a botnet for hire that conducted cyberattacks beginning at least in 2021. Ethan Foltz has been accused of running Rapper Bot, also known as Eleven Eleven Botnet and CowBot, and using it to execute coordinated distributed denial of service (DDoS) attacks. The complaint claims that Rapper Bot was used to target victims in more than 80 countries, and since April 2025, it has reportedly conducted more than 370,000 attacks against 18,000 unique victims.

I wonder if this may be the reason Muskrat is back to buddying up to T?

🇺🇸 ELON JUST CALLED THE EU'S BLUFF - OPEN SOURCING X'S ALGORITHM IN 6 DAYS

@ElonMusk
is making X's entire recommendation algorithm public January 17th. Every line of code showing what posts you see and why.

Then updating it every 4 weeks with developer notes.

This is a direct response to France classifying X as an "organized gang," the same legal designation they use for drug cartels and mafia, so they could wiretap employee phones and demand algorithm access.

The EU wants control over what people see online. They fined X $140 million last month, launched probes into "algorithm abuse," and demanded researchers get data access. France wants "experts" to analyze X's code to "uncover the truth" about the platform.

Elon's response: "You want the algorithm? Here's the algorithm. Everyone gets it."

This is 4D chess. EU regulators wanted private access to modify and control.

Instead they're getting public disclosure they can't manipulate. Every competing platform, every researcher, every government on Earth gets the same code at the same time.

You can't secretly pressure someone to censor when the censorship mechanism is open source.

My prediction: EU loses its mind, threatens more fines.

Elon doesn't care. Other platforms forced to follow or look like they're hiding something.

If that's not a classic Elon, what is?

They got around to it, finally.

The InterWebZ are Transformed into a one-note conduit for the Party Line.

Dissenting voices not permitted. I expect Substack will be threatened into imposing censorship, very fast.

...I expect that Nick Shirley's work has a lot to do with this. These inconvenient truths, and the Deplorables exposing them...MUST BE DEALT WITH.

X is back up now (for the moment?)

Update

European Commission opens investigation into Elon Musk’s X

The formal investigation into X comes after outcry at the platform's failure to prevent the creation of sexually explicit images of real people – including children.

The European Commission has launched a formal investigation into Grok, X’s chatbot, after the image-editing function of its built-in AI tool was widely used to virtually undress pictures of real women and underage girls without their consent.

As first reported by Handelsblatt, the probe will look at whether or not the social media platform did enough to mitigate the risk of the images being created and disseminated.

If X is found to have breached EU online platform rules under the bloc's Digital Services Act (DSA), the Commission could fine the company up to 6% of its global annual turnover.

Seems all this, demonstrates, that X is a temporary outlier, while the Gurgle hive-mind, run by Bezos, Soros, Davos, the EU, and all the mindless little army ants of Gurgle and Meta, are immutable.

When we lose this last bit of free speech...it's gonna get interesting. As a Canadian alt-content writer posited...look how fast Gurgle acted during the Plandemic...one week, they decided private forums were not governed by the First Amendment, and in hours, they were Cancelling longtime productive posters and writers for saying Inconvenient Truths, like, HCQ and ivermectin cure; that face-diapers had no therapeutic benefits; that people were dying of the vaccines. Or pointing out that injected children were having heart attacks and strokes.

So. In three years, the Jackass Party will steal ANOTHER election, because their insider, Blondie, refuses to prosecute what they did in the past. Then we have Open Borders and closed X and Substack.

Yes, it's working again.

Yup. The vanguard of liberalism, those who cannot tolerate any speech they cannot control, and must take to the Internet to DESTROY "Hate Speech" (speech they hate)...are having a field day.

Details are not provided - but I'm sure it's not a bunch of co-winky-dink accidents in the infrastructure.
