"Silver on the way to the moon, $100 silver by 2026."

Todays videos, "thousand of them". "Is the silver bull one over, is the price tanking ? And did you suckers who ordered $61 ASE's yesterday have sore keisters today"?

More prediction videos en route. I learned the hard way a long time ago and thats never to buy based on passion or hysterics but I have to say every available piece of data pointed to a continued rising demand and higher premiums. WTF happened between yesterday and today I have no idea unless a fleet of 747 cargo airplanes landed in London with pallets of physical metal, that, or there was never a problem with the availability on physical in the first place and this was a Hunt brothers type deal with smarter players then the Hunts involved.

I just bet the Pelosi's are much richer now by a few million $$. And all in Govt. too BTW.

Silver is FAR too easy to manipulate in price.

Partly because there's dual price circuitry. There's the value of silver as a PM - and then concurrently, there's silver as an industrial commodity. Futures trading and delivery-contracts, are all legitimate tools when framed in an industry that needs predictable sourcing.

So it adds a level of opaqueness to pricing. What is structured as industrial sourcing, can easily in fact mask price manipulation and obfuscation.

ADD to that, the price of entry, for speculators and savers, especially small-scale investors, often young...means a lot of naivety when dealing with buying trends. And of course the TikTok/Reddit/X/Face___k hyping.

Size of the silver market is 10% of gold making it easier to swing. The problem is once China, India and US Govt among others stockpiles all the surplus metal then what? There isn't enough to meet demand not including retail stackers.

Eventually when it all shakes out and USTs are only bought by the FED because the printing presses go Brrrrrrrrrr will we have true price discovery based on OTC physical demand.

Never say never. When I hear people say we will never see the 20's again, I am like uh oh, here we go......

Of course when Kramer says it's time to buy gold, that's a sure sign it is time to exit. He's just trying to create demand so he can get out.

To much fugazzi in the markets for me to believe the financial structure will stay intact. If 1929 ever happened again, and it will, it would be far worse today because Americans and people in general are far more selfish and the concepts of self sacrifice for the general good and things like family/community bonds are all much weaker. We've become tribal people easily manipulated by greasy politicians and bought off fake news.

Put it this way. Were basically in a recession, the dollar is at its weakest, and even still almost 1/2 the country wants to allow illegals to stay with full citizen benefits, medical, schools, jobs, the vote....ect just because a Political party wants to be back in power again. So they have flipped the switch on their news media mongrels to rile up their street army of thugs, KARENS, ANTIFA's, and lone assassins to raise hell whenever the camera's have their red lights on.

Does that sound like a country that could unite to survive a financial collapse ? You can't even survive buying a cup of coffee if your wearing a hat that has "Make America Great Again". Apparently this army of misfits from Mommies basement want the country to go to shit instead.

. Apparently this army of misfits from Mommies basement want the country to go to shit instead.
That is what the problem is, exactly.

All that's happening, are not natural events. Well, currency-debasement is a long story, and we're dealing with people with the attention-span of fruit flies. But, the "Trans" movement, promoted in schools, along with TDS and carbonphobia...and other aspects of Woke...are being fed right into the empty heads of skeul kidlets by people who are technically Americans.

This Defund-The-Popo insanity, while out of the rancid braincase of Soros, is being pushed by, again, Americans. Soros funds garbage prosecutors who refuse to prosecute illegal aliens, but publicly brag about hunting MAGA and Jan6 and Trump-connected persons - again, Americans.

And what about Billy-the-Gates? Sadly, he, with his Depopulation Jabs, his fantasy about mRNA into every person (and knowing it's a death sentence; that's the IDEA) is also a purported American.

Yup...these perps, and their midwit leaders, do want this nation to go to schitt.

Silver is beautiful but...you can buy silver with cash. That makes her a whore.
Treat her accordingly and trade silver like a Barbary Coast Slaver.
This is not the place for sentiment.

I guess I was lucky a loooooong time ago in the early 1980's when I got burned buying a 100 oz Engelhard sliver bar for $1100. I grabbed the newspaper daily looking for the price of silber. The guy I bought it from swore the price would probably climb backup to $15 or $16 an oz. within a few months. It did go up a few cents several times before it took a dive. I was lucky to have an old man friend named Miles who really knew business and finances. I told him about the bar about a year or so after I bought it. He advised me to put the bar in a sock then put the sock in an old pair of boots in the back of my closet and try to forget it. I remember him telling me it would probably climb back to $11, and over, but probably not in his lifetime. He was in mid 70's and he was right. He passed away in 1995. I took until 2006 before the price recovered. I probably should have cut my losses but I also learned some valuable lessons and set some completely different goals. The biggest lesson was getting to know my local AU/AG/coin guy. Another one who has now passed away, Mr. Castle. We both had a thing for junk silber. He would hold bags that had some cool and unusual stuff for me. I have a new local PM contact that I trust in a different location these days. My goal became holding as a hedge against inflation and the possible collapse of fiat paper. I got used to holding from my first AG purchase. I'm still hoping it doesn't come to a collapse but its not looking so good. Hoping I can just pass it on to my kids. My one regret is wishing I'd have stacked a bit more AU.

HEY!
What happened to the 100 oz bar?
Ya still have it?
BF

Yup still holding it after 40 plus years. It was an expensive lesson. Ya gotta remember, back in 1982-83 $1100 was some serious cash. I did kinda forget about it in 2000-2001 when we made a move. I put most of my belongings in storage for a few months. One day it dawned on me that I wasn't exactly sure of its where abouts. I went to the storage unit in a panic and dug through some containers and found it. Now I've lost it again in a boating accident......😁

BTW you still building knives?
