Okay. This suggests that the mindset or attitude of the prospective employee affects the outcome of the interview.

This may suggest that the interview favors those who have a better attitude. And maybe the interview goes against those who have the skills, but don't project them well. This suggests that sales skills are important even in interviews for technical jobs. Is this a good social policy?!

My feeling is that a person should be evaluated on ability. To produce. And demerits for those who are assholes.
