PMBug! I finally got through! Perhaps you are having trouble with bots or whatever from Peru?

Anyway, I have been keeping busy doing mostly bearing stuff down here, but I finally have made some contacts with Peruvian mining experts, particularly Ing. ("Engineer", a title of respect here) Luis Vargas Barbieri, the editor of Minas y Petroleo, a weekly publication down here.

I'm currently only blocking two IP ranges from Peru:

#Peru
deny from 190.42.23.0/25
deny from 201.230.142.128/25

If you have trouble getting through ("403 Forbidden" server error), check your ip address ( http://www.whatismyip.com/ ) and send me an email (info{at}pmbug{dot}com). I'll see about removing the ban temporarily.
