Belgium rumors

Has anyone heard about this? I can not find any other sources confirming this:

" Belgium in the last two weeks cash transactions were limited, transactions in gold and silver were limited, and the historical weapons list abolished which [previously] allowed us to buy [some antique cartridge guns] without a permit. These had included many older military rifles such as the Lee-Enfield, Mosin Nagant, Schmidt-Rubin, etc."

And so it begins`. Some lessons should be remembered here. Selco has written down exactly what happens within a modern collapse, something Europe is about to experience first hand.
