All Capital names... it is interesting that ALL legal docs are in ALL CAPS. All Corporations are in ALL CAPS.

Doesn't matter what the legal docs are, it's not a 'convenience' to type in all caps. No one has ever explained the reason.

Videos like this make fun of the attempt to extract oneself from the commercial courts. These folks are misinformed 'patrinuts'.

However, there are ways to use the law in ones favor.

I wonder if I need to put some CYA language somewhere that this forum does not give legal advice. Do your own due diligence or get a lawyer or both. I'd really hate to learn that someone just read something on the internets (on this site specifically) and ruined their lives because of it.

Sovereign citizen arguments aren't going to help you in any court here in the USA.

There's a growing, and IMHO foolish, belief, that certain Magic Words uttered in a courtroom will somehow miraculously force judge, prosecutor and police to drop charges or release defendants.

These vids show about how foolish that is. We're in an age where even specified Constitutional rights - speech, arms, religious belief, petition for redress...are all being abolished, subverted, denied unpopular groups or causes. To stand there and claim that an arrest is invalid because of the PUNCTUATION ON A BIRTH CERTIFICATE (and not all of them have them in all capitals) or that a criminal court has no authority because it is not an Admiralty Court...that's puerile insanity.

Even sovereign NATIONS often have to fight for their sovereignty. A clown in handcuffs in county jail? You can spew all the phrases you got out of some paperback book, and all it will get you is a gag in court. Or, now, a muted mike.
