Based on the tone- of your food pantry thread... you are the man to ask.

My brother wondered if he should buy a house now in FL or wait.

We are talking a mid ranged house.. not a starter home- and not a mcmansion- tho closer to the mcmansion.

Any advice??

I plan to link this thread so he can read it.
 
Your brother can buy a beautiful home with a pool on a canal with ocean access in Merritt Island for under 150K

That name change had me worried that you either had gone into politics or became a banker.
