As I mentioned in another post I think if manufacturing comes back to the US it will be in the form of robotic factories. No way are most Americans going to go out and work factory jobs assembling widgets. So it seems like construction and robot companies will do well. Just my guess though but I am willing to throw a few dollars at it.

GROK says this about robotics comapnies

Here’s a list of some notable publicly traded companies involved in robotics, spanning various sectors like industrial automation, healthcare, consumer robotics, and logistics. This isn’t exhaustive, but it covers key players based on available information:
  • ABB Ltd. (ABB): Specializes in industrial robotics, including robotic arms and automation solutions for manufacturing. Known for products like YuMi and Flexley Tug, integrating AI and vision tech.
  • Fanuc Corporation (FANUY): A leader in industrial robots, particularly for manufacturing, with AI-driven solutions for tasks like box handling and assembly.
  • Yaskawa Electric Corporation (YASKY): Focuses on industrial robots and automation, with applications in automotive and electronics industries.
  • Intuitive Surgical, Inc. (ISRG): Pioneers robotic surgery with the Da Vinci system, widely used for minimally invasive procedures in healthcare.
  • Stryker Corporation (SYK): Develops robotic-arm-assisted surgery systems like Mako for joint replacements.
  • iRobot Corporation (IRBT): Known for consumer robotics, especially Roomba vacuum cleaners, with a focus on AI-driven home automation.
  • NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA): While not a pure robotics company, its GPUs and AI platforms (e.g., Jetson) power robotics in manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare.
  • Teradyne, Inc. (TER): Provides robotic equipment and semiconductor testing, with automation solutions like Universal Robots for collaborative robotics.
  • Rockwell Automation, Inc. (ROK): Offers industrial automation solutions, including software and systems that enhance robotic efficiency in manufacturing.
  • Zebra Technologies Corporation (ZBRA): Develops robotic-enhanced devices like barcode scanners and mobile computers for retail, warehousing, and healthcare.
  • UiPath, Inc. (PATH): Specializes in robotic process automation (RPA), using AI to automate repetitive software tasks across industries.
  • Accuray Incorporated (ARAY): Produces robotic systems for radiotherapy, used in cancer treatments.
  • AutoStore Holdings Ltd. (AUTO): Focuses on warehouse automation with robots like the Black Line for order fulfillment.
  • Symbotic Inc. (SYM): Provides AI-driven robotics for warehouse automation, often partnered with large retailers.
  • Serve Robotics Inc. (SERV): Develops autonomous delivery robots for public spaces, focusing on food and goods delivery.
Note: Some companies like Boston Dynamics are private (owned by Hyundai), so they’re not included. Always research market conditions and stock performance before investing, as robotics is a volatile sector.
