Trump snarls the US is a 'stupid country' ahead of Supreme Court hearing

Hours before the U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments regarding the right to birthright citizenship, which Donald Trump's administration is attempting to undermine, the president jumped on Truth Social to complain.

As NBC News reported, "The longstanding interpretation of the provision as understood by generations of Americans, including legal scholars on the left and right, is that anyone born on U.S. soil is an American citizen with a few minor exceptions, including people who are the children of diplomats. As part of Trump's hard-line immigration policy, he wants to limit birthright citizenship to people who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen or is a permanent U.S. resident."

I believe we should change the constitution to reflect that....but we will have to change.

Listening to this right now. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Fly into China or Europe to give birth without a visa and give birth. Most likely mom and the baby will be thrown out or in jail.

You have to change the Constitution, there is no other way.

What if I was born here and my parents didn't indenture me to the bankers by getting a Birth Certificate? What then?

Interesting question, Most Amish individuals are born at home and, while not all historically had official birth certificates, modern practice generally involves filing for them. If a birth was not formally registered, a delayed birth certificate can be obtained via state vital records, often requiring evidence like a midwife's record, family bible entries, or church records

Takeaways from the Supreme Court arguments on Trump’s effort to end automatic birthright citizenship

President Donald Trump’s push to end automatic birthright citizenship was met by a suspicious Supreme Court on Wednesday, with liberal and conservative justices raising tough questions about reimagining the way citizenship has been understood in the United States for more than a century.

Over the course of more than two hours, with Trump himself in attendance for roughly 75 minutes, the justices picked away at the arguments raised by the administration’s attorney – Solicitor General D. John Sauer – about whether the framers of the 14th Amendment intended to exclude children born to a wide swath of illegal and legal immigrants from the promise of citizenship by virtue of being born on US soil.

Conservative justice hits president's lawyer with 'cutting' court reply

Conservative Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch seemed to doubt the arguments of Solicitor General John Sauer in his attempt to strike down birthright citizenship in the U.S.

During oral arguments on Wednesday, Sauer pointed to "domicile" as the lynch pin to undermining an idea that the 14th Amendment affords birthright citizenship to the children of most non-citizens who are born on U.S. soil.

"Mr. Trump, your arguments are not persuasive. Do you have anything to add before our decision?"
"Just one thing. Tubalcain."
"Well, uh... The court finds in favor of the administration."

Trump's EO overruled. 14th Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship for anyone born here.

It is the job of Border Patrol to keep the illegals out and to reduce citizenship tourism by pregnant women.

OK that's 2 big cases in a row where the Supreme Court ruled Trump can't act on his own to secure US election security and Trump can't act on his own to secure US citizenship rights.

Trump ACTED with those EO's because Congress would not do anything. And now SCOTUS has ruled he can't act that way.

This puts a target squarely on the US Congress, especially the Senate, which is currently exhausted from not passing the SAVE Act for 6 months, despite every mounting and increasing public pressure and fury, and the holdouts in the Senate are about to become even MORE exhausted as Trump continues to make moves to exhaust them.

Which will include that evidence he declassified on the 2020 Election theft and told Tulsi Gabbard to roll it out in a report to the nation.

My understand is that this 2020 Election Theft Report is coming soon. Pulte is ready to drop it, he's just waiting for the word.

Trust me on this, when that report hits and the American public sees how our present unbelievably corrupt and broken election system allowed a literal criminal conspiracy to flip the Electoral College from the winner to the loser? And then suppress/censor/lawfare anybody who tried to point out what they did?

The House of Cards collapses.

The present election system this country has had inflicted upon it will not survive this. When you see what they were able to do with the mail-in ballot fraud and the 'counting ballots after Election Day' shenanigans, it literally WON'T MATTER what SCOTUS said. Nobody will stand for this continuing.

And then The Great American Election Reset will begin.

We're gonna scrap the present corrupt election systenm and construct a new one by November.
