You know what's funny?

The fact that the same ones who have been preaching to us for decades that we need carbon taxes that increase the cost of fuel in order to "save" the Planet are the ones most loudly complaining about higher fuel costs now.


The whole point of carbon taxes is to make the cost of traditional fuel sources expensive enough to alter people's behavior and push them to using renewable fuel sources and electric cars.

So they should be in support of the higher fuel costs we have today, but they aren't.

Why is that? Higher oil prices do the same thing as applying carbon taxes. Both increase the costs and make alternatives look better.

Yet they (the Global warming pushers) are all complaining about fuel costing more.

What gives?
