Where does a park ranger get the constitutional authority to set up a highway check point for a missing jogger?
I mentioned this is not Constitutional and the posters went crazy blaming me for everything.
I dont dont that they have good intentions- but when did park service get this type of authority to set up a "check point"?

Park rangers with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources have concluded for the evening a checkpoint on Route 54 in Natalie. Flyers containing information on missing jogger, Michael Kenney, were distributed to motorists. Anyone with information is asked to call 570-875-6450.
