Monday, the independent website Consortium News filed suit against the United States of America and Newsguard Technologies. The complaint targeting both the government and a private media ratings service is an important one, putting the censorship-by-proxy system on trial.

On September 7, 2021, the U.S. Department of Defense gave an award of $749,387 to Newsguard Technologies, a private service that scores media outlets on “reliability” and “trust.” According to the suit, roughly 40,000 subscribers buy Newsguard subscriptions, getting in return a system of “Nutrition Labels” supposedly emphasizing “safe” content. Importantly, Newsguard’s customers include universities and libraries, whose users are presented with labels warning you that CBS is great and Tucker Carlson is dangerous:

More (long):

The complaint highlights NewsGuard’s association with the Pentagon’s Cyber Command. In 2021, the Pentagon awarded a contract to NewsGuard to create a system known as “misinformation fingerprints”. This system was designed to track various types of misinformation online. The claim suggests that NewsGuard, with support from the U.S. government, sought to suppress Consortium’s critiques of U.S. foreign policy, particularly regarding Russia, Ukraine, and the Middle East.

Consortium states that NewsGuard, through its Pentagon contract, tried to influence news organizations to modify their perspectives, leading to potential censorship. “The First Amendment rights of all American media are threatened by this arrangement with the Defense Department to defame and abridge the speech of U.S. media groups,” commented Bruce Afran, the lawyer representing Consortium News.

The lawsuit is registered as Consortium For Independent Journalism vs. The United States of America and NewsGuard Technologies, Docket No: 23-cv-07088 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

All part and parcel of the Globalist takeover of the Untied Skates of Amerika. You have corrupted media pumping out State propaganda; and for those independent outlets, the government buys or sets up fake "Fact-Checkers" putting negative labeling on their work.

This while the single biggest act of Treason ever done in modern history continues apace - erasing the national borders, and allowing entry...and SUBSIDIZING, with MONEY, an entire replacement population.

Think of that. PAID. With printed-up fiat...which SUCKS THE VALUE out of every dollar that Americans actually worked for.

And WHILE this is going on, we just shrug and wander on with our day.

While in Switzerland, which DOES have enforced borders...that demented Klaus Schwab pushes his plan to feed the world's Useless Eaters, his toxic mRNA in synthetic meat, and insects.

He's been allowed to indoctrinate his stealth lieutenants and salt them in the Western governments of the world...as they work to take down law, order, property and medical rights, and bring about famine and invasion.

And still we play with our stupid Smartphones.

This is just part of it. As with James O'Keefe, contrary voices, with facts behind them, need be DESTROYED.

"censorship-by-proxy"

Just one more way that those in government defeat Constitutional limits on power.
Edited to add: finding creative ways to defeat limitations on power, is the primary thing that our gov has been doing for at least the past 90 years.

1) TERM LIMITS. Hard-and-fast and written into an Amendment.

2) Institutionalize a procedure of State overrides, including a structured method of Secession. The States are sovereign and with plenary powers. The Federal Government is not; it is a CREATION of the Several States and has ENUMERATED powers, granted by the Constitution.

3) CRIMINAL penalties for EACH CONGRESSMAN that votes Yea on a bill found, by the SCOTUS or the Several States, as in violation of the Natural Rights of the People. I would propose Treason - and a Death Penalty for such offense.
