Radar tech mauled to death by polar bears while photographing them at Arctic outpost

A Canadian radar technician was mauled to death by a pair of polar bears as he took photos of them while working at a remote Arctic outpost, it emerged this week.

Christopher Best, 34, left the safety of the Brevoort Island facility the day after he arrived to work there, so that he could take photos of a bear on the grounds, a report into his Aug. 8 death revealed.

He had walked past a sign warning employees to be on the lookout for bears — and reassured his worried parents he was OK when they asked him hours earlier about photos of the bears he was posting online, they told CTV News

Trouble is, it can't be "engineered."

It can only be organic. Happening out of natural economic forces and individual choices. Not subsidies or comparable-wage legislation or child-care tax rebates, etc., etc.

It all comes down to SOUND MONEY. Fiat money inevitably results in monetary debasement. SOMEONE is in line for that seigniorage. It could be the Royal Family; it could be the Privy Cabinet; it could be the military. In our case it has been, the Banksters - through Fed money-laundering.

A large group of Elites, eager to invest this New Money...thus distort the price of real estate and of equities...of stock. Next, corporations have to show ever larger per-share profits to please this new controlling ownership-class. That means jobs cut, wages stagnant, and prices in the market, rise.

And on and on. And once the government discovers how much FUN it is to print money, and how many important people are pleased with the result...the party's off and running.

How would Marjorie stop this? How would she prevent further smearing and even Impeachment, were she even able to try or able to influence any decision?

The Olympics is finally turning its back on trans nonsense. Now others must do the same

I hope I never again have to see someone who refuses to take a sex eligibility test punch a woman in the face and win a gold medal for it.

I am referring to Imane Khelif’s win at last year’s Paris Olympics, when the Algerian boxer was allowed to compete despite failing to meet the eligibility criteria for the Women’s Boxing World Championship the previous year. Then, Khelif was found to have “competitive advantages over other female competitors”.

I wish he had a better answer than "no government." Anarchy is the stuff of drunken Saturday-night fraternity discussions. It has never worked and obviously never can.

Decamillionaires in Congress make taxpayers pay for their lodging and lunches

This year, dozens of lawmakers worth over $10 million took advantage of an optional program intended to help less well-off members of Congress afford the high cost of maintaining a second residence in D.C., a Washington Examiner review of public records has found.

In 2023, House Democrats quietly tweaked congressional rules by enabling representatives to submit reimbursement requests for tens of thousands of dollars per year in food and housing expenses. The rule change was reportedly spurred by concern among lawmakers after former Rep. Gregg Harper (R-MS) was forced to retire out of financial necessity due to his inability to afford care for his disabled child on top of rent in the nation’s capital.

In all fairness, Imane is a muslim, so punching women in the face just comes naturally to him.
