The Democratic Party was once the Democratic Republican Party...which was the result of the fracture of the original Republican Party.

The two factions that emerged at the ratification of the Constitution, were the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists. The Anti-Federalists adopted the name "Republican" after Washington's terms - obviously, a name with "Anti" in it does not connotate constructive principles. Sounds like destructive hostility.

Yes, Jefferson was a "Republican." The Federalist party collapsed around 1815. The Republicans briefly had no organized opposition, but - as is human nature - the one party split into to internal factions, and the split became permanent. The one side called themselves the "National Republicans" and later took the informal name "Whig" (from the British party of the time); the other side called itself the "Democratic Republicans." Later shortened and formalized into Democrats.

So the true roots of the Dumbo crackhead party goes back to the Constitutional Convention.

History books today refuse, for some reason, to list this history. Yes, it's correct - I learned it 50 years ago when history was still taught out of books written by scholars. Today, the books insist that the one wing of the party, the Democratic wing of the then-Republican Party, was the only wing.

Again, in keeping with their tradition - denying history, rewriting it.

Then they would proceed to bill Medicaid "$6,000 a month FOREVER."

NEWS The GAO now says the U.S. government wasted $3 trillion on overpayments since 2003 out of programs like Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, SNAP, the EITC, the VA and more. That’s about the size of France or Italy. Stunning that Democrats attacked Doge and Elon Musk trying to stop colossal waste like this. What the DSA and Democrat communists won’t tell you is that the U.S. spends $7 trillion annually on socialist-style programs—that’s where most of the overpayments come from. $3 trillion isn’t a rounding error. USAID more than doubled its spending on Brazil as soon as Bolsonaro won the 2018 election. This wasn’t because Brazil suddenly needed twice the aid; the money was spent on operations aimed at overthrowing the Brazilian government.

The 2022 Brazilian election was stolen from Bolsonaro just as the 2020 U.S. election was stolen from Donald Trump and from Kari Lake in 2022, with USAID and the CIA involved in installing election-rigging machines that Brazilians didn’t even want.

Just months before the election, CIA Director William Burns visited Brazil and warned Bolsonaro not to cast doubt on the voting machines or contest the election results — implying the newly installed machines were compromised.

Additionally, Defense Secretary Lloyd “Woke” Austin — a DEI hire — visited Brazil and pressured the Chief of the Brazilian Armed Forces to accept the election results and support Lula, a convicted felon and self-proclaimed communist.

How’s that for election interference?

In other words, the overthrow of the U.S. government overthrew the Brazilian government via USAID — all at the expense of the American taxpayer.
